Plants quality is good so for it but soil is not proper and untidy i gifted to a frn so i did not find it good

Delivered plants with pot but thr were no drainage holes and customer care wala bol rha h khud se kar lo...kyu kar lu jb mene pure paise diye h.soil was very less even the roots were visible.very baad👎👎 zero star
